When will my order be dispatched?
Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1-3 working days. Once your order leaves us, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Chaotic Dreams currently ships across Europe and to North America. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow it's journey from us to your door.
How do your garments fit?
Every piece is designed with a premium oversized silhouette. We recommend checking out our size and fit section to find the right size for you.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided your item is unworn, unwashed and returned in it's original condition.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Although every order is quality checked before dispatch, mistakes can happen. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours at support@chaoticdreamsclo.com with your order number and photographs of the issue and we will be sure to resolve this for you.
