Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

How to start a return or cancellation Log in to your account and go to your Orders at https://shopify.com/104943878484/account. Select the relevant order and follow the steps to submit a return or cancellation request.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the original purchase price, including standard outbound shipping costs. Express or premium shipping upgrades are not refunded. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Conditions Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed; digital content once downloading has begun with your consent; perishable goods; or goods made to your specification.
